Located in Whitstable, Manchester and our Leeds office, the team has considerable experience and knowledge in complex office designs, product specification, cost containment and building construction and detailing. Accustomed to working with local authority planning and building departments, while providing planning and support to clients on site or from our offices.
The team work with clients to develop the brief for a project, produce the detailed design information, provide costings, generate production and product information, and liaise with site staff, client and planning supervisors to undertake the project that has evolved.
The design solution is developed with construction, project management and costs consultants to ensure timescales, quality and costs are maintained and that ultimately the client receives the optimum solution.
